Prof Dr Marvin Awarab

Dr Marvin Awarab is an Associate Professor and Candidate Legal Practitioner with extensive expertise in employment law, telecommunications law, and contract law. He holds B Juris, LLB, LLM and LLD degrees and teaches law while supervising postgraduate research and examining at universities in Namibia and South Africa. An accomplished author and international conference presenter, he has published widely on labour and telecommunications law. Dr Awarab serves as a Country Representative and Management Committee Member of the African Labour Law Society and previously served on the Magistrates Commission of Namibia. At Ileni Velikoshi Inc., he supports the firm's legal team through research, legal advice, and drafting.
