Logino Giovanni Goraseb

Logino Giovanni Goraseb is an admitted legal practitioner of the High and Supreme Courts of Namibia. He practises in criminal and civil litigation, family law, divorce, domestic violence matters, child custody, labour law, and alternative dispute resolution. His expertise also includes drafting ante-nuptial contracts and representing clients in the Lower and High Courts of Namibia. Logino has completed training in conveyancing and property law and is pursuing admission as a conveyancer. He also serves on the Law Society of Namibia's Criminal Litigation Sub-Committee and Human Rights, Child, Gender and Family Law Sub-Committee, contributing to legal reform and professional development.
