Ileni Velikoshi is the founder and managing director of Ileni Velikoshi Inc., bringing a rare combination of judicial experience, international academic credentials, and commercial acumen to every client matter.
Ileni is an admitted legal practitioner of the High and Supreme Courts of Namibia. He holds B. Juris and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Namibia, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, Manchester, specialising in International Corporate Law and Governance, Advanced Contract Law, International Intellectual Property Law, and the International Sale of Goods. Ileni served as Acting Judge of the High Court of Namibia in 2018 and 2019, giving him an unparalleled understanding of the judiciary and the standards expected at the highest levels of legal practice. Prior to founding the firm, he served as a Regional Court Magistrate, Magistrate and Senior Public Prosecutor for over a decade, presiding over criminal, civil, and family matters across Namibia. His practice today spans corporate law and governance, commercial litigation, administrative and constitutional law, and complex cross-border transactions.
